Replacement for defect:
We accept replacements only for defective or damaged items delivered. The request must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
The shipping of the replacement is at our expense.
Returns without replacement:
We do not accept returns without replacement. Our products are not custom-made and all specifications, including photos and details, are already provided at the time of purchase. This choice also helps reduce environmental impact by avoiding unnecessary shipments and waste of resources.
