Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer under applicable law and reside in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must communicate your decision by using the withdrawal form or by sending a communication to the email address:
The communication must contain at least the order number and the indication of the products for which you intend to exercise the withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication is sent before the expiration of the 14-day period.
Effects of Withdrawal
In case of validly exercised withdrawal, all payments received from the consumer relating to the products returned will be refunded, including the initial standard delivery costs.
However, any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the seller will not be refunded.
Return of Products
Products must be returned without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract was communicated.
The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the expiration of the 14-day period.
Products must be returned complete with any accessories, components, labels, and original packaging, where reasonably possible.
The consumer is only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
AUT AUT STUDIO reserves the right to proportionally reduce the refund amount if the returned product shows a decrease in value attributable to use exceeding what is allowed by applicable law.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise agreed or expressly indicated, the direct costs of returning the products are borne by the consumer.
The consumer is responsible for the correct shipment of the products until they are received at our warehouse.
It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service and to keep the related documentation until the refund procedure is completed.
Refund
If the consumer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, AUT AUT STUDIO will refund without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date it was informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw from the contract.
However, AUT AUT STUDIO may withhold the refund until it has received the returned products or until the consumer has provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever is earlier.
The refund will include all payments received from the consumer for the products subject to withdrawal, including any initial standard delivery costs.
Additional costs arising from the customer’s choice of delivery methods other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by AUT AUT STUDIO will not be refunded.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products, products damaged during transport, or products delivered by mistake.
If the order is canceled before the products are shipped, the customer is entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the consumer.
Under no circumstances will additional costs be charged to the consumer for processing the refund.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 59 of the Consumer Code and applicable European regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases provided by law, to products:
- made to measure;
- customized at the customer’s request;
- packaged according to the consumer’s specific instructions;
- falling within other categories for which current legislation expressly excludes the right of withdrawal.
Defective or Non-Conforming Products
In case of defective, damaged, or non-conforming products compared to the order placed, the consumer is entitled to remedies provided by applicable law regarding the legal warranty of conformity.

Rights arising from the legal warranty of conformity are independent and do not affect the right of withdrawal provided in this information.
