Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer under applicable law and reside in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must communicate your decision using the withdrawal form or by sending a notice to the following email address:
The notice must include at least the order number and identification of the products for which the right of withdrawal is being exercised.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice before the 14-day period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
In the event of a validly exercised right of withdrawal, all payments received from the consumer in relation to the products being returned will be refunded, including the initial standard delivery costs.
Any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the seller will not be refunded.
Return of Products
The products must be returned without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract was communicated.
The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the 14-day period expires.
The products must be returned complete with any accessories, components, labels and original packaging, where reasonably possible.
The consumer is liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
AUT AUT STUDIO reserves the right to proportionally reduce the refund amount if the returned product has diminished in value due to use beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
Return Costs
Unless otherwise agreed or expressly stated, the direct costs of returning the products shall be borne by the consumer.
The consumer is responsible for ensuring that the products are properly shipped until they are received at our warehouse.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the relevant documentation until the refund process is complete.
Refund
If the consumer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, AUT AUT STUDIO will issue the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it was informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
However, AUT AUT STUDIO may withhold the refund until it has received the returned products or until the consumer has provided proof that the goods have been shipped, whichever occurs first.
The refund will include all payments received from the consumer for the products subject to withdrawal, including any initial standard delivery costs.
Any additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of delivery methods other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by AUT AUT STUDIO will not be refunded.
The costs of returning the products are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products, products damaged during shipping, or products delivered in error.
If the order is canceled before the products are shipped, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the consumer.
Under no circumstances will the consumer be charged any additional costs for processing the refund.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code and applicable European legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among the other cases provided for by law, to products:
- made to measure;
- personalized at the customer's request;
- made to the consumer's specifications;
- falling within the additional categories for which the applicable legislation expressly excludes the right of withdrawal.
Defective or Non-Conforming Products
In the case of defective, damaged, or non-conforming products compared with the order placed, the consumer is entitled to the remedies provided for under the applicable statutory legal guarantee of conformity.

The rights arising from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity are independent of and do not affect the right of withdrawal provided for in this notice.
